About Us
Chuck Hales, president of Hales Machine Tool, Inc., has been involved in the machine tool business since 1968. A founder of another Minnesota-based machine tool distributorship, Chuck and his son, Dan, opened Hales Machine Tool, Inc. in 1983. In 1990, the company moved to a 13,100 sq. ft. facility and now employees 21 highly trained sales, service and support personel including Chuck's other sons, Tim and Randy, and daughter Julie. Hales Machine Tool, Inc. is the number one distributor in the country for major machine tool manufacturers.
