Hales Machine Tool has a fully equipped service department that can handle all of your warranty and non-warranty service needs. We feel our service department's expertise is among the highest in the industry.

Our service department performs on-site installations, mechanical, electrical and CNC control service. In addition to our own expertise, Hales has a strong relationship with our machine manufacturers and control builders who will assist our engineers to better serve you.

Hales service department consists of six Field Service Engineers, an in-house Service Manager (Gary Treberg) and V.P. of Operations (Brad George) ready to take your call and assist you in resolving your machine or programming problems.

We estimate that 80% of our service calls are answered by Brad and Gary on the phone which gets you up and running sooner and back to making money. If we can't resolve it over the phone, Gary schedules one of our technicians to come and take care of the problem.
