Hales Machine Tool has a fully equipped service department that can handle all of your warranty and non-warranty service. We feel our service department's expertise is among the highest in the industry.
Hales service department consists of nine field service engineers and an in-house service manager (Gary Treberg) and V.P. of Operations (Brad George) ready to take your call and assist you in resolving your machine or programming problems. This gets you up and running sooner and if we can't resolve it Gary schedules one of our 9 technicians to come and take care of the problem. We estimate that 80% of our service calls are answered by Brad and Gary on the phone which gets you back to making money and we don't bill you for their phone time, ever. For customers who buy machine tools from Hales this service is included and one of the best service support systems you will ever enjoy.
Our service department performs on-site installations, mechanical, electrical and CNC control service. In addition to our own expertise, Hales has a strong relationship with our machine manufacturers and control builders who will assist our engineers to better serve you.
