Hales Machine Tool has a fully equipped service department that can handle all of your warranty and non-warranty service. We feel our service department's expertise is among the highest in the industry.
Hales service department consists of nine field service engineers and an in-house service manager (Gary Treberg) and VP of Operations (Brad George) ready to assist you over the phone with scheduling or service questions.
Our service department performs on-site installations, mechanical, electrical and CNC control service. In addition to our own expertise, Hales has a strong relationship with our machine manufacturers and control builders who will assist our engineers to better serve you.
